Barre Chic Classes:
We are operating at full capacity; however, it is still imperative that you register online for classes as we cannot always accommodate drop-in clients. Classes may be waitlisted which is why we require previous sign up. We also kindly ask all new clients to create an account with us through Walla. This will help to streamline the new client on-boarding process as we do not have the time to set someone up in the system before class begins. We make it a point to start all classes on time because we understand that your time is valuable.
The booking window for all classes is 30 minutes before class begins. This allows the instructor to plan accordingly for class. If you fail to sign up 30 minutes before the class, you may try to email the studio or call the studio to see if there is room but please note that it will not be guaranteed that we will be able to accommodate you, so we recommend signing up at least an hour before class.
BC BARRE | 50
This is our traditional barre class offered in a 50 minute class format where we incorporate ballet inspired exercises at the ballet barre and Pilates exercises at your mat. This class is designed to tone, strengthen and lengthen your thighs, arms, abs, and glutes. You will work muscles you didn't even know you had. This class, like all classes at Barre Chic is set to fun; high energy music and our instructors are thoroughly trained to give you a safe and effective class.
Our instructors all have different barre backgrounds so you will never take the same class twice. We all teach a different format which keeps you and your muscles guessing. You will NEVER get bored in this class.

BC SURPRISE THEME BARRE | 50
In this traditional themed barre class, we will have a different theme each class. That theme could be 80s rock, 90s pop or even music through the decades. You won't know though until you show up for class. Either way we will have fun! This class is offered once a month on a Saturday morning and you never know what Amy is going to surprise you with.

BC BARRE BANDED SCULPT | 50
For those of you who love the added challenge of a resistance band (both loop bands and long therabands) this class is for you. This full body burn will sculpt every major muscle group and leave you feeling stronger than before. You can also modify this class without a band and still get in a killer workout!

BC BARRE + STRETCH | 60
In this extended barre class, we will focus on 45 minutes of butt kicking barre exercises followed by a full 15 minutes of stretching. The stretching aspect may include special props such as yoga block, the yoga bolsters and yoga strap. This class will be the best of both worlds as we will get in a full challenging barre class but take a longer time to stretch and hold poses to work on our flexibility. This class is a MUST! It is a full hour long.

BC BARRE BURN | 50
This new class will take our traditional Barre format up a notch. We will be working with our medium weights and additional props to challenge our muscles in new ways. This class will focus less on choreographed barre moves and instead work with a simple move done in a way that really maximizes that famous barre "burn." Class will also include a few short cardio sections, but these can be modified. This class is for all levels and for anyone looking to take their barre class up a notch and really feel the fire within their muscles.

BC MAT: PILATES BARRE FUZION | 50
BC MAT: PILATES BARRE FUZION is a hybrid class combining the principles of barre and Pilates. Barre uses small movements to work all muscles of the body including the muscles you didn't know you had. Pilates uses your breath to engage your core and lengthen the body. Pilates focuses a lot on abdominal work and side lying work. This class is mat based so we will not be utilizing the ballet barre, but we promise you will sweat and still get in a killer workout regardless.

BC MAT: STRENGTH + PILATES | 50
This class will begin with traditional strength exercises where we will work the legs and arms (using weights and wrist weights.) Then we will move down to our mats to end class with a Pilates series focusing on Pilate’s core, prone and side-lying work.

BC TRAINING: STRENGTH | 50
BC TRAINING: STRENGTH is a small group fitness training class similar in structure to that of a personal training session. There will be a lot of focus on each members form and safety. There will be a maximum of 6 members per class. In the strength portion of this training program, we will be working with heavier weights, heavy bands and additional props not seen in our barre and mat classes. This class will be structured around working both the lower and upper body with reps and sets. This style of training really aids to build muscle as we will fatigue one muscle group before moving onto the next. This class is perfect to take your training to the next level. Don't worry. This class format will not cause you to become "bulky."

BC TRAINING: STRENGTH + CARDIO | 50
BC TRAINING: STRENGTH + CARDIO is a small group fitness training class similar in structure to that of a personal training session. There will be a lot of focus on each members form and safety. There will be a maximum of 6 members per class. In the strength portion of this training program, we will be working with heavier weights, heavy bands and additional props not seen in our barre and mat classes. This class will be structured around working both the lower and upper body with reps and sets. This style of training really aids to build muscle as we will fatigue one muscle group before moving onto the next. This class will also include 2 circuit's combining strength with cardio moves for the ultimate fat burn. Circuits may include EMOM's (every minute on the minute) and AMRAP's (as many reps as possible.) This class is perfect to take your training to the next level. Don't worry. This class format will not cause you to become "bulky."

BARRE BOXING | 50
BARRE BOXING is an exciting new fitness 'Barre' workout that is low-impact, yet variable intensity. We use 1/2-pound gloves for the entire class (please note that gloves are not included and are optional.) We will use the Ballet Barre for the entirety of the workout, which includes both standing and grounded (mat-based) intervals. Prepare to sweat and have fun!

BC TRX | 50
This is an awarding workout method that uses your body wight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before class starts to become familiar with how the straps work.

YOGA: SCULPT | 50
YOGA: SCULPT is a traditional yoga flow similar to a Power Yoga class with the use of props such as light weights or wrist/ankle weights. This class will sculpt your muscles while also working on flexibility and balance. This class although challenging will also leave you feeling energized and lively. Hands on assists may be provided during class. This class is for all levels as modifications and progressions will be offered.

BC T*Barre*X | 60 (Level 2)
This fusion class mixes Barre moves with TRX to provide a fun effective full-body workout. Modifications will be offered but we recommend at least 3 barre classes prior to registering for your first TRX class unless you are familiar with TRX. Please arrive 10 minutes early if this is your first TRX class to learn how to use the straps. You must make a reservation for all TRX-based classes. We cannot accommodate students who are not on the list. Please note that this is an advanced class.
*Must be able to hold a plank for 60 seconds as many exercises in this class require planks with feet in the straps. Modifications will of course be offered.*
